Part-Time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Toronto

Leah Alexandra Jewelry is looking for a part-time, seasonal Sales Associate to join our Toronto team! This role is ideal for someone with a strong retail or customer service background who loves connecting with people and delivering memorable in-store experiences.

Job Overview

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting day-to-day store operations, and representing the Leah Alexandra brand in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.

This position will be scheduled for 1–3 shifts per week, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Confident and personable with strong communication skills

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Sales and cash-handling experience

• Familiarity with Shopify POS (preferred)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Jewelry dexterity and experience handling fine tools (a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the retail space

• Provide thoughtful and knowledgeable customer care

• Learn and maintain strong product knowledge of all Leah Alexandra collections

• Maintain store organization and restock as needed

• Process sales through Shopify POS

• Wrap customer purchases using brand-standard packaging

• Track and manage stock levels accurately

• Support retail team with daily operational tasks

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an inspiring and welcoming experience

Job Details

• Part-time, seasonal role (1–3 shifts/week)

• Weekend availability required

• Shift rotation may be required between store locations

• Compensation: $38,000–$45,000/year (based on part-time hours and experience)
