We’re based in Vancouver, Canada, and all orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

If you're browsing from outside of Canada, prices will automatically display in your local currency (such as USD, AUD, or GBP) for your convenience. You can also manually select your preferred currency using the currency selector in the top-right corner of the website.

Please note:
At checkout, your order will be charged in CAD, and your payment provider will convert the amount based on the current exchange rate.

Prices on our website reflect product costs and do not include taxes or import fees. 

Within Canada: Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout.

U.S. orders: Shipments to the United States are duty-free, but may still be subject to state taxes or courier-applied fees depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders: All duties and taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout, so there are no additional fees on delivery.

• If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
