Once a shipment has been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier, Leah Alexandra Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with next steps.

 

Processing Times

For pickup orders, please wait until you receive a second confirmation email before arriving, as your order will not be ready prior to that.

While we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Please note that orders placed during sale events or holiday periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and our Sample Sale may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 9:30 am will be shipped the same business day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note that orders placed during high-volume times, including sales and holidays, typically take an additional 3-5 business days to process.

Pricing

Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. There is a currency converter button on the top right hand corner of your screen that can convert our prices into your currency of choice as reference.

On the final payment page, the price will be displayed and charged in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert that amount based on the day’s current exchange rate. Visit XE for up-to-date rates.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. Sales taxes will be added at checkout for orders being shipped within North America. Leah Alexandra Jewelry is not responsible for additional charges (including handling fees, duties, & taxes) incurred by US & International shipments.
