RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In Store Purchases
Within 7 days of purchase, you can return your item(s) and receive a full refund to the original payment method. Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange your item(s) or receive a merchandise credit. After 14 days, we will not accept your return.
Online Purchases
Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in store or by mail.
You can receive a full refund within 7 days from the shipping date, or a merchandise credit within 14 days from the shipping date.
How to Mail in your Return
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, kindly contact our Customer Care team and we will email you with a return authorization code (RA#XXXX-XXXX) and further instructions. Items returned without a proper return authorization code or with the incorrect declaration will be refused.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.
Refunds
Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our Studio. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail. Depending on your banking provider, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card account.
Conditions
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be worn.
- You must present a valid order number.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale Items
- Custom Items
- Spark Items
- Engraved Items
Leah Alexandra reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
All packaging must be included in your return.
