RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In-Store Purchases
Within 7 days of purchase, you can return your item(s) and receive a full refund to the original payment method. Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange your item(s) or receive a merchandise credit. After 14 days, we will not accept your return.
Online Purchases
Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in-store or by mail.
You can receive a full refund within 7 days from the date your package is delivered, or a merchandise credit within 14 days from the date your package is delivered.
If you're located in Canada and would like to return your online purchase via mail, please follow the steps below:
1. Visit this page and fill in your order number to start your return. Once processed, you will need to print the return label.
2. Pack your item(s) in the box and affix the prepaid return label to the package.
3. Drop off your return package at the post.
4. Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our office. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail. Depending on your banking provider, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card account.
Note: A return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be worn.
- You must present a valid order number.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Spark and Engraved pieces
- Custom pieces
- Gift cards
Leah Alexandra reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
All packaging must be included in your return.
