Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Leah Alexandra pieces. Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges on online and in-store purchases.
For all online returns and exchanges, regular-priced items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and unaltered with its original packaging. A valid order number and the email address used at checkout are required to initiate a return or exchange.
- Within 14 days from the delivery date: Receive a full refund to your original payment method or a merchandise credit.
- Within 30 days of purchase: Eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit.
- After 30 days: Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
- Items purchased using a discount code (including our 10% welcome offer) are eligible for return or exchange. However, as these codes are single-use, they cannot be reused once applied.
Before sending your pieces back to us, please ensure your item meets our Return Guidelines.
CANADA & U.S. ORDERS
For customers in Canada and the U.S., returns and exchanges can be processed through our online Return & Exchange Portal. At checkout, you'll have the option to add Free Returns to your order for a small upfront fee. When Free Returns is added, we cover the cost of your return shipping label — no additional fees when you send your item back.
- Free Returns must be selected at checkout and cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
- Free Returns is non-refundable and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
If Free Returns was not added at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE CANADA & U.S.)
At this time, our online returns portal is only available for Canadian and U.S. orders. If you are an international customer, please contact our customer care team at info@leahalexandra.com so we can provide the next steps to process your return.
We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders so they must be processed as a return and repurchase.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Leah Alexandra is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, your order will be refunded or credited in line with our Return Policy, less any shipping fees and applicable duties or taxes.
We’re happy to offer straight exchanges in-store & online, subject to item availability.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate international exchanges; these must be processed as a return and repurchase.

All discounted purchases, including sitewide promotions and Sample Sale items, are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
If you require a different size or item, please reach out to us, as exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Other discounts are not eligible to be stacked with any sitewide or other promotional offers.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through other retailers or partnered wholesale stores.
All items purchased during a Sample Sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Size exchanges for the same style can be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Items in our Sample Sale are one-of-a-kind and are sold as is. We do not offer price matching.
If your item becomes damaged, please note that Sample Sale items are not covered by our warranty for repairs or replacements. For repairs, please contact a local jeweler.
Leah Alexandra Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our policies.
Final Sale Items
Many of our pieces are made in-house and crafted specifically for each order, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund:
- Made-to-order, including all pieces from the Spark Studio Collection and Permanent Jewelry
- Engraved or personalized items
- Custom items
- Promotional or sale items marked as Final Sale (Including all items from sample sales)
- Gift cards
- Items purchased through third-party retailers or wholesale partners
