We want you to love your Leah Alexandra pieces. Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges on online and in-store purchases.
Holiday Return Policy
We’ve extended our return policy so you can gift with confidence this holiday season!
Orders placed between November 1, 2025, and December 24, 2025 can be returned or exchanged until January 18, 2026, with the original order confirmation.
All items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Returns & Exchanges during this period:
- Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Sale items, including purchases from promotional events such as Black Friday cannot be refunded but can be exchanged. If you're exchanging a sale item for the same item in a different size, the original discount will be honoured. Exchanges for different products will not receive the discount.
- Final Sale Items: Gift Cards, Engraved, Made-to-Order pieces (including items from our Spark Collection), and Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all online returns and exchanges, regular-priced items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, and unaltered with its original packaging. A valid order number and the email address used at checkout are required to initiate a return or exchange.
- Within 14 days from the delivery date: Receive a full refund to your original payment method or a merchandise credit.
- Within 30 days of purchase: Eligible for an exchange or merchandise credit.
- After 30 days: Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
Before sending your pieces back to us, please ensure your item meets our Return Guidelines.
CANADA & U.S. ORDERS
Return & Exchange Portal
For customers in Canada and the U.S., returns and exchanges can be processed through our online Return & Exchange Portal. A flat $10 return shipping fee applies when using our prepaid label.
- For refunds, the $10 fee will be deducted from your refund total.
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of the return label as a courtesy. A $10 return shipping fee may appear in the portal, but it will be removed/refunded once your items are received and your new exchange order is created.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE CANADA & U.S.)
At this time, our online returns portal is only available for Canadian and U.S. orders. If you are an international customer, please arrange and pay for return shipping and send your parcel to the address below.
Please ensure the inside of your return includes:
- A note with your order number
- All original Leah Alexandra gift packaging including boxes/pouches

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as Leah Alexandra is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If approved, your order will be refunded, credited, or exchanged in line with our Return Policy, less all shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes.
We’re happy to offer straight exchanges in-store & online, subject to item availability.

All discounted purchases, including sitewide promotions and Sample Sale items, are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
If you require a different size or item, please reach out to us, as exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Other discounts are not eligible to be stacked with any sitewide or other promotional offers.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through other retailers or partnered wholesale stores.
All items purchased during a Sample Sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Size exchanges for the same style can be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Items in our Sample Sale are one-of-a-kind and are sold as is. We do not offer price matching.
If your item becomes damaged, please note that Sample Sale items are not covered by our warranty for repairs or replacements. For repairs, please contact a local jeweler.
Leah Alexandra Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with our policies.
Because many of our pieces are made in-house and crafted specifically for each order, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund:
- Made-to-order items, including all pieces from the Spark Collection
- Custom jewelry, such as engraved or personalized pieces
- Promotional or sale items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items purchased through third-party retailers or wholesale partners
That said, we understand that every situation is unique. If you have questions or would like to inquire about a possible exception or exchange, please reach out to us at info@leahalexandra.com before sending your item back. We're happy to review on a case-by-case basis.
