If you live in Canada or the US, please use our returns portal.

THE EU

If you live in the EU, you can request returns through your account or email us at info@leahalexandra.com to process your return. Please note that all international returns will be at your own expense.

RETURNS

• You may return your items within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange your item(s) or receive a merchandise credit to use online or in-store. After 30 days, we will not accept your return.
• Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in-store or by mail.
• All sale or discounted items are a final sale, including items purchased with a promo code.
• All Spark or engraved items are a final sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

LAJ PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAILERS

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from leahalexandra.com.

Leah Alexandra reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been damaged, used, worn or altered. All packaging must be included in your return.
