Refund policy

 RETURNS

• You may return your items within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
• Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange your item(s) or receive a merchandise credit to use online or in-store. After 30 days, we will not accept your return.
• Purchases made online can be returned/exchanged in-store or by mail.
• All sale or discounted items are a final sale, including items purchased with a promo code.
• All Spark or engraved items are a final sale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

For international returns (including those from the EU), please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” or “Canadian Goods Returning” with the original order number on the customs declaration. Returns that are incorrectly declared as new shipments may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in Canada. Any such charges will be deducted from your refund or may result in the package being refused.

LAJ PURCHASED FROM OTHER RETAILERS

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from leahalexandra.com.

Leah Alexandra reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been damaged, used, worn or altered. All packaging must be included in your return.
