Full-Time | In-Office | Mount Pleasant HQ

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and elevate our online business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing brand and loves balancing analytics with creativity. You’ll oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, optimize the customer journey, manage digital tools, and drive measurable growth across all online channels.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
E-Commerce Operations
  • Oversee daily Shopify store operations and ensure seamless order fulfillment

  • Optimize shipping workflows, returns, and customer service systems

  • Manage tools such as ShipStation, Gorgias, Loop Returns, and other Shopify apps

  • Ensure accuracy across product listings, tags, collections, and navigation

  • Maintain packaging inventory and oversee online fulfillment supplies


Analytics & Performance Growth
  • Track and report on weekly and monthly performance metrics

  • Monitor conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, customer acquisition, and retention

  • Analyze Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads data to identify opportunities

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights

  • Implement A/B testing and optimize the conversion funnel


Website Merchandising & UX
  • Prepare the site for product launches and seasonal campaigns

  • Optimize homepage merchandising and navigation

  • Maintain SEO best practices

  • Test site functionality across devices (mobile-first mindset)

  • Troubleshoot bugs and coordinate with developers when needed


Marketing & Retention
  • Support campaign launches and email marketing initiatives

  • Oversee Shopify apps including reviews, back-in-stock, wishlist, and pre-orders

  • Monitor abandoned cart recovery and customer engagement flows

  • Contribute ideas for promotions, product pushes, and retention strategies


What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management

  • Advanced Shopify knowledge (apps, reporting, backend systems)

  • Experience with Klaviyo and Meta Ads

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

  • Comfortable working in-office and collaborating cross-functionally

  • Design familiarity (Canva, Adobe, or Figma) is an asset

Blackout Periods

Due to peak sales seasons, time off cannot be accommodated during:

  • Early–Mid February (Valentine’s Day)

  • Early–Mid May (Mother’s Day)

  • November 7 – January 7 (Black Friday through New Year’s)
