Warranty Policy

At Leah Alexandra, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. All pieces from our regular collections are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. 

Our 1 year warranty covers the repair or replacement of any jewelry piece determined by our team to have a manufacturing defect.

Online Requests

If you live in Canada or the USA, you can submit a warranty request through our portal.

If you live outside of Canada or the USA or need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team at info@leahalexandra.com. Please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Clear photos of the damaged area

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate solution.

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or materials

• Structural issues that occur within the warranty period

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Plating wear or fading

• Tarnishing

• Improper care or storage

• Exposure to chemicals or chlorine

• Damage from impact, bending, or friction

Spark Studio & Permanent Jewelry

Spark Studio pieces include fine-welded chains, charms, connectors, and permanent jewelry designed for long-term wear. Each piece is custom-sized and specially made for the individual customer, making them final sale.

Before you leave your appointment, our Spark technicians perform strength and quality tests to ensure the chain is securely welded and ready for everyday wear. Re-sparks for all LAJ items are complimentary and unlimited.

Spark Warranty Coverage

• 30 Day Spark Warranty

If your permanent piece is lost within the first month due to a manufacturing issue, we will offer a complimentary replacement chain.

• After 30 Days to 1 Year 

If your chain is lost or you experience an issue with your spark piece after the first month and up to one year, our team may offer a discount toward a replacement. Each situation will be assessed individually, and our customer care team will provide the best solution.

Please note: Spark pieces with clasps are not covered under our Spark Warranty. The Spark Warranty also excludes charms and add-ons.
