Spark Studio
What began as a lifelong dream and a love for gemstones has grown into a jewelry brand centered around meaningful pieces, personal style, and lasting memories. While we offer both permanent jewelry and everyday collections, permanent jewelry remains at the heart of what we do.
After launching Spark Studio in early 2020 as one of Canada’s first permanent jewelry experiences, our community quickly grew. From our original boutique in Gastown, Vancouver, to our flagship Mount Pleasant location opened in 2023, we’ve welcomed generations of families through our doors, creating meaningful moments for friends, partners, parents, and loved ones to share together.
Beyond our studios, we bring the Spark experience to life through private events, brand activations, corporate gatherings, bachelorettes, and special celebrations. Whether it’s a milestone, team experience, or reason to gather, we love creating memorable moments that bring people together.
With over 100+ charm, engravable, and chain options, we continue to create signature spark stacks and personalized pieces designed to celebrate life’s special moments. In 2026, we launched our online custom bracelet experience, bringing the personalized Spark Studio experience to customers near and far.

How Spark Studio Works
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR CHAIN
Select from our curated collection of solid 10k gold, gold fill, and sterling silver chains for everyday styles designed to layer, stack, and wear effortlessly.
STEP 2: FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT
Our expert Spark Technicians will custom fit your bracelet, anklet, necklace, or ring before carefully welding your piece for a seamless finish. For the most comfortable fit, we recommend sizing your bracelet or anklet approximately 1/4"-1/2" larger than your wrist or ankle measurement.

STEP 3: MAKE IT PERSONAL
Add a meaningful touch with our collection of charms and engravable pieces. From birthstones and zodiac signs to initials and playful motifs, create a piece that feels uniquely yours and tells your story.
Caring for Your Spark
Our permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but like all fine jewelry, it deserves a little extra care to keep it looking its best. We recommend avoiding excessive pulling, harsh chemicals, and impact during activities such as heavy lifting, sports, or swimming in chlorinated water (both hot tubs and pools). To maintain its shine, gently clean your piece with a soft cloth and store it carefully when removed.
Our team is happy to assist with re-welding, adjustments, and care recommendations whenever needed.

What started with spark bracelets has expanded into necklaces, anklets, rings, and even hand chains!
When booking your appointment, please select the category you’re interested in, as some appointments require additional time and specialized tools. This helps us prepare accordingly and make the most of your visit with us at LAJ.
Clasps available for the commitment weary!
For those who prefer a little more flexibility, we offer clasp options for your spark jewelry. Standard clasps range from $10-$25 depending on the material selected. We also offer lobster clasp options for an additional cost, feel free to reach out to us for more information!
Please note that all online orders will automatically include spring clasps, as permanent welding services can only be completed in-store.
