REPAIR POLICY
For repair inquiries, please email our Customer Care team.
Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
We cannot offer complimentary repairs or replacements if your item has been broken, damaged, or lost by the fault of the owner. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Spark Policy
All Spark bracelets come with a one-month limited warranty.
If within the first month of purchase your bracelet is lost due to a chain defect, we offer a free one-time replacement.
We cannot offer complimentary replacements if the bracelet was broken or lost through the owner's fault.

LAJ Purchased from Other Retailers
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and you need it repaired, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from leahalexandra.com.
