
Jewelry Production Assistant
Leah Alexandra is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Full-Time or Part-Time Jewelry Production Assistant to join our Head Office team!
Working closely with our Production Lead and Creative Director, you’ll play an important role in bringing our jewelry to life - from creating and assembling pieces to repairs, alterations, quality control, and preparing orders for our studio, wholesale partners, and online customers.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, precise, and passionate about jewelry-making, with a strong interest in fine wire work and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do

Create, assemble, repair, and alter jewelry according to Leah Alexandra quality standards

Wire-wrap gemstones and beads using fine wire and pliers

Assemble jump rings, findings, and other jewelry components

Pair gemstones and perform detailed quality control

File, bead, and complete delicate finishing work
-
Organize production supplies and maintain an efficient workspace

Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready

Communicate clearly with the Production Lead and team about priorities, progress, and training needs

Work efficiently to meet daily production and order deadlines
-
Ensure every piece meets our standards for quality, colour, craftsmanship, and consistency
What We’re Looking For

1+ year of jewelry production or assembly experience
-
Basic jewelry-making experience working with fine wire is a must
-
Experience with wire wrapping, bench work, and pliers is strongly preferred
-
Excellent attention to detail, colour, quality, and finishing
-
Strong eyesight and excellent hand dexterity
-
Comfortable working with small, delicate components
-
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
-
Able to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
-
Clear, reliable communication skills
-
Positive, collaborative attitude
-
Jewelry production or wire-wrapping experience is a strong asset
