Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. There is a currency converter button on the top right hand corner of your screen that can convert our prices into your currency of choice as reference.

Taxes will be added according to your shipping address. No sales taxes will be added to American or International orders. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country.

SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. All shipping time frames are quoted in business days. Please account for delays due to customs if you’re located internationally or in the US.
We are unable to re-route packages after items have been shipped, so please ensure all shipping details are accurate. All packages with incorrect shipping details will be returned to our studio and reshipped upon arrival, prolonging your shipping window. (We want you to get your package as quickly as possible!)
All parcels come with tracking.
Each and every order comes with a Leah Alexandra fabric pouch and a Leah Alexandra jewelry box. If you need additional packaging for gifts or would like a note written inside, please email us with your order number and we’ll happily do so.
Receipts are not enclosed in the box – they are emailed to you separately, so if it is a gift, not to worry!
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will email you with a return authorization code and further instructions. The item must be sent back unworn to us within 14 days from the date that the RA# was issued. When we receive the item, your credit card will be refunded and you will be notified via email. Items shipped from the USA / internationally must be marked as a return/NCV for customs declaration as per our instructions. Items returned without a proper return authorization code or with the incorrect declaration will be refused.
Leah Alexandra reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.
All “SALE” or discounted items are final sale, including use of promotional/discount codes.
All Estate Collection items are final sale.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from leahalexandra.com.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.
Holiday Gift Exchange Policy: Purchases made between November 30th - December 25th, 2021 can be exchanged or returned for store credit up until January 14th, 2022. Items must be returned unworn and in sellable condition.

For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly through Leah Alexandra we require proof of purchase from the original transaction.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
All of our Spark Bracelets come with a 1 Year Limited Repair Warranty. Within your 1 Month Limited Replacement Warranty, any repairs or re-sparks that are required exclusively due to fault of the chain (manufacturer defects) are complimentary. If within the first month of your Warranty your bracelet is lost due to a chain defect, we offer a one-time replacement at no cost. If your bracelet goes missing outside of the first month of your warranty, we offer a replacement bracelet with a 30% discount.
However, we are unable to offer complimentary repairs or replacement in the case that the bracelet was broken or lost through the fault of the owner. If your need for repair or replacement falls outside of your 1 Year Limited Repair Warranty or is caused through fault of the owner, we offer repairs for a small fee or you can purchase a replacement bracelet at a discounted price.
